At the start of my journey, I felt horrible about myself. Fast forward a couple of months and I've learnt so much in terms of nutrition with Kier and I love meal planning now, eating cleaner and getting to grips with what and how much I need to eat to achieve my goal.
I really enjoy my PT sessions & Kier gets to know his clients and their strengths and weaknesses to coach them better. He's definitely my friend as well as a PT. I now do bootcamp on Saturday mornings which also challenge me. I've now also maxed out my weight I have at home and exceeded my expectations in terms of strength.
Almost 2 stone & 26cm down & I've never felt better!
