At the start of my journey, I felt horrible about myself. Fast forward a couple of months and I've learnt so much in terms of nutrition with Kier and I love meal planning now, eating cleaner and getting to grips with what and how much I need to eat to achieve my goal.
I really enjoy my PT sessions & Kier gets to know his clients and their strengths and weaknesses to coach them better. He's definitely my friend as well as a PT. I now do bootcamp on Saturday mornings which also challenge me. I've now also maxed out my weight I have at home and exceeded my expectations in terms of strength.
Almost 2 stone & 26cm down & I've never felt better!

I have been doing PT and small group training with Kier for years now! He is the best PT I have ever had, and I have tried a few! Not only is he motivating but he listens! Sometimes being a counsellor as well as a PT. He is always pushing me to do better and is such a great guy! If you are looking for small group training or 1-1 PT then look no further! He's the best!

I have never been someone who enjoys the gym, I also dislike running but health & fitness is important to me. I initially joined small group training Kier ran & fell in love. They were engaging, every session we did something different, it was challenging in strength & fitness & before long I started to notice changes in my physique. Before lockdown I took the plunge & started 1-1 PT sessions & I have never looked back. I am continuously learning about the balance of life, nutrition & training. Kier is the most friendly person ever, he works with your lifestyle & together you can start to achieve. I am now lifting weights I once thought were for body builders! I am growing in strength & fitness, my knowledge around nutrition is improving & so is my physique.
