I have been working as a 1-2-1 client with Kier for a number of years now, with the primary aim of improving my performance in hockey. Since working with Kier my strength, speed & stamina have improved, & this has translated into results on the pitch.
I have noticed changes in my physique & have a better understanding of nutrition & the importance of recovery.
