OlsenFitness is an award-winning coaching company based in Sully fronted by Kier Olsen.
Kier has helped countless clients achieve incredible results since establishing which has time and again been
recognised with a #1 ranking position in personal trainers across South Wales & winning/being nominated for 9 separate awards, including being nominated in the Health Category at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.
Kier and his team work with clients through a number of ways including, 1-1 personal training, the OlsenFitness Coaching Membership, sports teams, businesses, and online coaching. Kier has also worked with numerous TV & Film personalities from hit shows including the U.S hit series Orange Is The New Black, the blockbuster movie Sherlock Holmes, Fargo & The Handmaids Tale among more.
With a degree in Sport & Exercise Science, a strength & conditioning certification, an advanced level 4 personal training qualification & 11 years’ experience alongside years of studying, it has allowed Kier to use all of this to obtain incredible results with his clients. Within his coaching Kier uses methods from areas he has studied such as exercise psychology, biomechanics, physiology & nutrition.
These methods combined with a genuine passion for attention to detail in coaching the person where they are at and what they need and ultimately changing people’s lives are what have driven OlsenFitness to be the successful multi award nominated company it is today.
