Similar to 1-1 Personal Training & Group work but a lot more in depth towards your needs as an athlete in your given sport. We look at where you’re starting, where you want to be and how we’re going to close that gap to ultimately achieve the goal. You can expect movement assessments, fitness testing, performance markers and anything else you’ll need to help take your game to the next level.
