I started training with Kier at the end of 2016 at small group training before starting PT in January 2017. One year on and my fitness has improved drastically, and I’ve seen a steady weight loss. Kier has taught me so much about training and weights, when I would usually stick to cardio in my workouts. The small group work is great fun too with a really friendly bunch!
Kier is always on hand to help, and has written me two bespoke training plans which has helped me to stay motivated and focussed through the year. I couldn’t recommend more!
