I’m finding S&C with OlsenFitness very beneficial for my performance in football. Sessions are specific to the position I play and how developing certain movements and muscle groups can help me as a player. This is different to a lot of other S&C coaches I’ve worked with because Kier focuses on us in small groups made up around the position we play.

My biggest gains so far from sessions have been the amount of power and strength I’m feeling in my legs. As a winger my off the mark power has rapidly increased and it's helping me get the best out of my performance.

If you’re considering joining OlsenFitness be prepared to have someone who is fully focussed on you and what is best for you to improve your performance in your sport. No doubt you will feel the improvement in yourself after a few sessions at OlsenFitness.

 

Working with Kier is amazing, he’s always finding ways for you to improve and become a better athlete. He is passionate about what he does and will give his 100% focus and attention to whatever it is you need to be progressing.

I have been doing PT and small group training with Kier for years now! He is the best PT I have ever had, and I have tried a few! Not only is he motivating but he listens! Sometimes being a counsellor as well as a PT. He is always pushing me to do better and is such a great guy! If you are looking for small group training or 1-1 PT then look no further! He's the best!

I have never been someone who enjoys the gym, I also dislike running but health & fitness is important to me.  I initially joined small group training Kier ran & fell in love. They were engaging, every session we did something different, it was challenging in strength & fitness & before long I started to notice changes in my physique. Before lockdown I took the plunge & started 1-1 PT sessions & I have never looked back. I am continuously learning about the balance of life, nutrition & training. Kier is the most friendly person ever, he works with your lifestyle & together you can start to achieve. I am now lifting weights I once thought were for body builders! I am growing in strength & fitness, my knowledge around nutrition is improving & so is my physique.
