I’m finding S&C with OlsenFitness very beneficial for my performance in football. Sessions are specific to the position I play and how developing certain movements and muscle groups can help me as a player. This is different to a lot of other S&C coaches I’ve worked with because Kier focuses on us in small groups made up around the position we play.
My biggest gains so far from sessions have been the amount of power and strength I’m feeling in my legs. As a winger my off the mark power has rapidly increased and it's helping me get the best out of my performance.
