I started with Kier at Olsen fitness with the goal to become a bit fitter and loose some weight. In the 2 years I've been there my approach and knowledge towards fitness has completely been turned on it's head and my life has changed as a result.

The nutritional guidance is second to none. it is completely sustainable, simple as that. No fads no quick fixes, I'll continue to eat this way as long as I live.

As a result of my nutrition changing I lost allot of weight, that made me more mobile and able, and as a result I've tried and taken up exercises that I would have not only dreamed of being able to do but probably would have detested the thought of previously too!

I first started training with Olsen fitness in January 2015. I was at a low point in my life where I felt my weight was the only thing holding me back. I finally plucked up the courage to ask Kier if I could start training me.

He was very welcoming and enthusiastic about it. I was never a big gym goer and I would live on takeaways or turkey dinosaurs. I thought to my self "your going to do it for good this time" looking at some of the results of other Olsen fitness clients really encouraged me, I thought that is going to be me one day!

Week after week Kier not only gave me expert training and advice about nutrition, he made me think of food and exercise in a whole now way I never had before. Kier never judged me for having a down day (or cheat week) he would help me get back on track with the best advice, now 2 years on and 4 stone down, I still training with Kier and attending boot camps but as a total new person.
