STEP 1 : Initial Consultation
Before you even put on your gym shoes and get into training it is extremely important that first week recordings are taken. These will include all of your details, starting weight, starting circumference measurements & starting body fat percentage. This session is free and sets you up for the weeks to come.
STEP 2 : Personal Training
Here it begins with tailored sessions to push you in the right direction towards achieving your goals. With the sessions being both challenging and enjoyable, you are sure to go through an unforgettable journey and learn more than enough to be able to sustain this lifestyle. Through this stage you will receive weekly 1-1 personal training sessions, tailored training plans to follow in-between sessions and nutritional guidance linked to your goals.
STEP 3: Progress Review
After six weeks of following the training plans, eating healthy and weekly sessions at OlsenFitness it’s beneficial and encouraging to re-take measurements to monitor and evaluate your progress. Weight, circumference measurements and body fat percentage will once again be taken so that you can see your hard work paying off!
