The OlsenFitness Transformation Bootcamps take place at various times throughout the week, with some of our most popular Bootcamps running at 6:30am Tuesday and Friday and 7:00pm Monday and Thursday. These all take place in St Davids Hotels Marine Spa & Gym and the surrounding Cardiff Bay area. The way your transformation bootcamp block works is pretty simple, you pick two bootcamps throughout the week which you want to attend and do this for 6 weeks until you reach your 12th transformation bootcamp session.

There are new starters joining the team weekly and there is a group chat for Team OlsenFitness to arrange other meetings whether it’s entering events/races, days out climbing Pen Y Fan or long cycle rides.
